I bought a car from Southtowne about a year ago. Before purchasing, we specifically asked if all recall work had been completed. We were told it had, especially since the car had a recent recall before we bought it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false. The car broke down on a trip and now needs a new engine — all because the recall work was never done. Southtowne has refused to help in any way, even though we were misled.
