I was not informed that it was the passenger side bag. I was not told about the possibly of the dash may be damaged until the final moment. The dash was heavily damaged. The bag light on the dash was not removed and was told to remove the light would be a $200.00 diagnostic charge. This light was the main reason to bring the vehicle in. I currently have 2 Chevrolet trucks and I have purchased a Tahoe from your dealership. No more future business for you. I will go somewhere else.
Service made the painful experience of replacing a transmission after manufacture and dealership warranty expired on 2022 Silverado less painful with customer service skills. Appreciate Mr. HYATT.
The service department is extremely easy to work with. Easy to make an appointment. Welcomed politely, Kept informed of your autos progress. You wait for your car in a comfortable area and in no time , your car is done.
My service rep is never friendly. My maintenance agreement also states that my car will be vacuumed and it never is. This last service i was told my receipt would be emailed and I still have not gotten it. Im never told when my car is complete I have to go check. The customer service is seriously lacking in the service department.
