Quick and friendly
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. My brand new car wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be after a scheduled appointment. Then they have the nerve to cuss at my husband.
Horrible first experience on 8/18/25! Had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am to get an alignment. A little after 9:30am I went to Dillon Fryer the assigned service advisor to check on the status of the vehicle. He stated that it had not been put on the rack yet and would probably be about another hour before it got on the rack! (2 hours after appointment time) unacceptable timeline for a scheduled appointment! After he told me that, I asked for my keys and left without any service.
