Chris from service department is the man you want to see. He is a five star individual and is the reason I keep going back to Southtowne Chevrolet for my service needs. He consistently has gone above and beyond to keep his customers informed and happy. I’ve had several projects that Chris personally saw through to completion. The staff is great, work was done well, and I always feel satisfied when getting my vehicles serviced by genuine GM techs. Thank you.

Service was all good. My only gripe is that I had a coupon that Southtowne sent me, and I scheduled a weekday between 1-4 pm (for their convenience) because I would get a 15% discount. When I paid, they said I couldn’t combine the discounts. Getting a vehicle serviced is already too expensive.
