UPDATE 2023: Not sure why it's changed so much here but the last 2 visits have been bad. Our most recent experience was as bad as you can get. They had our car for a week and a half which we understood while parts were ordered. But they never worked on it until we called 2 times to check on the status. They never called us to tell us what was going on. It felt like they only worked on it when we checked on it. To make matters worse, we spent almost 800 dollars and the issue wasn't resolved!
