I have purchased 5 cars from Southtown Hyundai. Apparently I don’t learn because the service dept is the worst. A 2 hour wait for an oil change with an appt is obsurd. That’s what you call overbooking and incompetent. On my last car it took a year to get the rubber strip around the drivers door replaced. Because it was under warranty I’m sure I was put at the bottom of the to do list as they wanted the paying customers first.
Service department was excellent and efficient.

This place has very nice people there. Our sales person was Benjamin, which is what I can remember of his name. Awesome young man,very hospitable,very nice, I/We liked him and his professionalism he knows his job and his cars. Well, we would have purchased, but there is a flawed issue with the title of our car, by the way, did not hinder the sale. We were so excited and especially excited for him to give him the sale.
