On Aug 14, 2024, my mother was in a car accident up the road from Southtowne near the Racetrak; her car was hit by an 18 wheeler which smashed the entire driver’s side and pushed her car half on the median. Took my car in for a collision repair. Insurance did the estimate and their part. The collision center took my car and put me in a rental. Said two weeks. Two days before my rental was due back I called to see if my car was ready only to be told NO work had been done on it and NO parts had even been ordered. They blamed the insurance company even though they’d done everything right including paying for the repair. I’d called several times without Steven taking or returning my phone calls before this.
