Lived in here for 5 years. Owned and managed by slum lords. Impossible to get in touch with the slum lord owner. Inexperienced, always making excuses. Dips in collects rent dips out. Mobile homes sit vacant for years. Took over a year to tear down a condemned mobile home. #67. 3 weeks for the dumpster to be picked up. Unpaid property taxes... Stray cats
She is a great communicator and tries her best to be a manager that cares about our property in fairness and makes rules applied as they should.
