Dr Fazeelat Pannu is very unprofessional, rude and doesn't have enough knowledge about medical profession.. She is not fluent in English and need to repeat multiple times to express my concerns. very disappointed and will never see her again
It feels like the doctor has a timer — as if there is a very limited amount of time per patient. But that doesn’t always work, because some patients need more time, while others need less. The issue isn’t that you can only bring up two questions — it’s that those two questions are limited to just 15 minutes, out of which at least five are spent on the doctor typing and trying to recall the patient’s history. Do not expect to be served on weekend as walk in. They never pick up calls on weekend. They always an excuse that they are super busy. I tried going there on saturday after trying call attempts many times. I arrived around 2:30 pm and only 3-4 patients were waiting. They refused to take me as walk in appointment and asked me to come back on Monday. I am really disappointed with customer service at this clinic.
Worst doctor ever shahla Ullah .
I have been to many countries, but the female doctor in this clinic who wore a headscarf and covered her face was the most incompetent and irresponsible doctor I have ever seen. She didn't ask any questions, didn't look at any patients, and didn't examine any patients. She just prescribed medicine that was totally ineffective. Please avoid seeing this Muslim doctor.
