Bought a big screen TV andd spent a bundle on TV, cords, installation etc. Technicians installing were great. However, when we have called with problems, the response has been disappointing at best. I always feel as I am such an annoyance to them, am talked to as if I am completely stupid. Had one problem they insisted had to do wiht our cable company, left me fairly high and dry on that one. They were absolutely fantastic! Very professional. Answered any and all questions. Now, watching a movie in our basement is like sitting in our own private movie theater. I will refer anyone and everyone!
Finally someone who knows what they are talking about. Great service. Very clean install. Treated my room like more than a place for speakers (gave advice on everything from furniture placement to colors) AND it the TV was the same price at the big box place. Had a question afterwards and they solved it over the phone. Im a customer for life!
