AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We have had the worst experience with Brenda O’Donnell with our SBA loan. The communication from Brenda has been nothing short of horrendous and completely unprofessional. This bank has serious issues.
shirley is immensely kind and attentive! bryan was a lifesaver with procuring a car loan. made the process go swiftly and explained everything thoroughly and got me results immediately! southstate has made the car buying process much less daunting and stressful.. did not think it was possible to be treated with this much patience and understanding, not to mention reaching solutions so fast.. massive thank you’s to bryan but also the entire team at this location. this is how banking SHOULD be!
No good this bank , Bryan displayed terrible customer service , i have loan pay off already but they are still collected auto payments from my account, so I have credit , i have talk to the loan department customer service they are telling me send me the Check, after a few months never received the check, I have talk to the Banker Bryan my situation , he don’t want help me, he just said give me the date and amount, i said i forgot it but you can look at transaction history, he said if you don’t have date and amount i can’t h... read more
This Southstate branch is exceptional and the bankers are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations when I went it to have a statement printed as well as made a deposit on a subsequent visit. The bankers are friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. It feels like a small home town bank like the tiny town I grew up in. I wish banks all banks could model their branches after this branch on Haynes Bridge. I would give 10 stars if they were available.
You know you have found the right bank when the staff greet you by name on the second visit. I must say my experience with this bank and in particular this Alpharetta branch has been exemplary. From my first phone call, to the expedited personal service, to the managed care of every transaction - I have felt that they cared about me and my business. Because of these first interactions, I have now moved my business accounts to this bank - yes, they are that good.
