I opened an account and was able to use it for about three months before it started being compromised by fraud. I had unauthorized Zelle transactions and mobile deposits made that I knew nothing about. Zelle allowed two fraudulent payments to go through before flagging the third. SouthState also allowed one fraudulent mobile deposit to post and then closed my account, even though I was physically in Florida while my debit card was being used in Georgia. They work with the customers very well.
ATM is broken. Wouldn't let us enter a pin and kept giving errors. when we finally got to the withdrawal page and attempted to withdrawal it just kept printing receipts and asking for a pin
