Today my partner's card locked when he tried to use it at the pump at the gas station we visit 2x/day. Chat customer support couldn't help. Phone support couldn't help. The teller in the branch on Meridian accused him of having stole the card EVEN AFTER HE PROVIDED ID. He was then asked for his SSN, the exact balance, and a list of recent transactions. Just recently got a home mortgage with them and can’t complain at all! The brokers were incredible and in constant communication. I initially was giving up on buying a house because Veterans United fell through on closing with my VA loan even though they “specialize” in VA loans, I’ll never go through them again.
