If I could give zero star to this bank! The way they treat service members is absolutely disgusting.They held my nephews account past 10 days for an international transfer. It went past 10 business working days and his account was not cleared despite sending all supporting documents. Upon canceling that transaction and getting an assurance that his account will be unlocked in 3 business days, still no response from them. i had a great experience last friday walking in and opening an account. Lena was wonderful and the banking is great!
Today my partner's card locked when he tried to use it at the pump at the gas station we visit 2x/day. Chat customer support couldn't help. Phone support couldn't help. The teller in the branch on Meridian accused him of having stole the card EVEN AFTER HE PROVIDED ID. He was then asked for his SSN, the exact balance, and a list of recent transactions.
