This bank seriously needs a HUGE update. Transactions take way too long to post, Zelle says that your money will be transferred in a few days and when you check it says it’ll be a few more days. I’m over it, as soon as I get back home I’m closing my account with this bank
This bank used to have amazing people working there and great service. Most recently, since they've had a lot of new people working there, the PR there has spiraled down. It's unfortunate, really.
