Bank doesnt even keep bankers hours. You get off work at 5 on Friday , traffic is backed up and bank drive thru closes at 530.. closed on Sat and Sun.. cant get money until 9 am Monday and you have to be at work before that... how hard is it to be open 9 to noon on Saturday.. they said no one wanted to work.. awe booo hooo... too many people looking for work for that lame excuse!
Never bank there. People with disabilities are scammed and ignored. The Homestead Branch counter rep keyed in the wrong account number thus leaving the credit card payment unpaid. The receipt shows it was paid. Family member called to have it corrected since her name was on the checking account and they wouldn't correct it. Instead of fixing the problem over the phone the customer is told to go back. This customer does not have a car.
