Called about a loan, I made the mistake of mentioning that I didn’t have a high credit score and what did I need to bring to show I could repay a small loan, well kept being placed on hold and the person I needed to speak to was not available (how convenient), and they would transfer me to her voicemail but ended up being placed on terminal hold, after 15 minutes or so I realized they put me on terminal hold for a reason, they most likely have no intentions of even talking to me or wasting time helping me, so I simply hung u... read more
