This bank is great. Very friendly bankers. I go here all the time and the whole stafff knows me. If you want a bank that is personal with you then this is it.
I have been the customer since it was first national Bank of homestead,and it been over 25 years,they always been helpful, and understanding of my need and situation,and also very friendly,because i always willing to recommend everyone
I went in today to learn more about the business checking account offered at the bank & the lady that helped me didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. Even though she had the information in front of her on her computer. And she wasn’t very welcoming she also never gave me her name. Weird interaction.
I was stranded for 5 hours on Sunday because they're online banking was down had nobody to speak to because they don't have anybody to speak to one Sundays it would have been fine if I was by myself my 5-year-old daughter and my disabled wife were with me and now they want to play games with zelle telling me that the money is in the account I look at my account and the numbers don't change
Love this bank but I been having problems lately with it now I can't use zelle
