I was stranded for 5 hours on Sunday because they're online banking was down had nobody to speak to because they don't have anybody to speak to one Sundays it would have been fine if I was by myself my 5-year-old daughter and my disabled wife were with me and now they want to play games with zelle telling me that the money is in the account I look at my account and the numbers don't change
Love this bank but I been having problems lately with it now I can't use zelle
I tried to open up an account here but they denied me because I have other accounts at other banks.
