Good experience at both locations actually. Plant City and Valrico.
Came to this bank for account assistance and was helped by Blake. I cannot speak highly enough of his kindness and professionalism. There is such a rarity to have such a real person at an establishment. SouthState has quite an asset with him in their ranks.
If you’re like me, you often forget to login and your app banking app locks you out you’ll understand. Then I have to go to the bank, which always is pleasant to visit the bank because of all the wonderful people that works there.
