All personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and no rush. Best urgent care i have ever been to.
Thorough and quick.
Very nice staff, from the receptionist to the x-ray tech to the very knowledgeable doctor. They were very prompt, took care of my broken foot very quickly and referred me to an orthopedic doctor for special care . I highly recommend Southstar Urgent Care in Zachary.
Very polite and courteous. Took the time to listen to my issues and was compassionate. Hardly any wait time, did take a little while to process insurance. Other than that, staff was professional and caring!!!
