Very efficient check in. Extremely thorough staff. The PA always knows what I need when I get a sinus infection. Everything was taken care of in under 30 minutes. Very well done!. Also every single staffed member I saw on the way out the door either wished me to get better soon or wished me to have a nice day. Thank you.
The receptionist was courteous and helpful with me signing in. The nurse, of her own choice, not only helped bring my things to the room but also wheeled me out in a wheelchair since I was so dizzy. The NP was thorough and hospitable. After 3 days on antibiotics, I’m feeling better. I would not only go to this Urgent Care again, but I also highly recommend it
