New review 01/14/2026 ... It was "ok" but the new "use the tablet to check in" and then no one at the front is impersonal and robotic. It's also inconvenient. Usually we give our name to the front and that's it. Now I was taking pictures of ID, Insurance, etc. I feel horrible for the elderly trying to adjust to this. I don't know what happened over the past year, but change it back. Used to feel like family. Offered you a drink or snack. Now, no one is even sitting at the front.
Was ok. Waiting to hear from follow up appointment.
