4:05am of Dec. 26. Waited for about 5-10 minutes just to buy water then just to find out that the attendants were sleeping, both of them were sleeping and the attendant was very arugant. By the way I was not able to buy water because they don’t have change as she said.(I give her 40 pesos bill as the 1 letter water just cost 32.75 pesos) when I was about to leave she say something which I didn’t mind already as I really need to get some water for my dad which was on the emergency in chon hua.
