This is not my first time to purchased in this branch. They have enough crew but the service is so slow and only 1 cashier. Trainee and some tenured pharmacist doesn't have an initiative. I was first in the counter but he(trainee) entertained the customer next to me. The tenured pharmacist perhaps noticed that I'm already annoyed so she approached me. Hopefully they'll take action to improve their service.
I was ask if I have Gotyme reward and I said yes but the peron who assisted me did not inform the cashier about it and I was not able to get the points before checking out the medicine I bought what is the sense of asking me for my Gotyme reward if I can't get the points very poor service.
The worst pharmacy, you have to wait for 20 mins or more even if there are a lot of staffs 5 staffs to be exact. Staffs are slow and often get disappear to counter area. Also, security guard is rude.
