When an establishment has a policy of “absolutely no refunds” seriously run. Upon pulling into the motel there are signs that state there is no smoking within 10 feet of building and yet there were about 3-4 individuals right outside their door smoking. Also, there is a no pet rule but I watched 2 different residents take their dogs inside. This place wouldn’t be complete without a few resident tweekers, yep those come with the motel too.
