Worst place ever!!!!! Horrible management
Left a horrible complex to move here. Im happy, maintenance is fantastic, I get all my question answered in a timely manner. It is an older complex but I'm so happy to report no mold, no pest! Yes, at times the trash compactor overflows, but it is addressed daily. The complex takes pride in making sure the complex is always clean! I love it here. Update January 2026. Maintenance manager now views water leaks where water pipes have been come loose significant water pouring out as non emergency. Third incident within 6 months ... read more
Wonderful place to live everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff all around great people and team
Have been here at Southside Villas since July. Lots of amenities and nice apartment. Mostly very quiet complex. Plenty of parking, pool area kept up well. Michelle response quickly and very friendly. You will enjoy it here!!!!
