This is the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Michelle was very accommodating. I am someone that has a packed schedule. I only had to go to Southside villas to view pay and get my keys. All paperwork was handled online. I called for pest control they were there a day later. Michelle helped me handle everything. Thank you for having such caring and competent employees. Thanks again Michelle !!
1st time in Jacksonville,and I'm 4 months into my lease at Southside villas. And I can honestly say I have no regrets living here. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable Very clean n quiet community
Michelle and the team have been amazing to work with! This has easily been the smoothest leasing process I've ever experienced. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative from start to finish. The pricing for the unit we chose was very competitive, and the entire experience has been stress-free. The amenities are well maintained, and the property itself seems to be clean and well kept. So far, we've had a fantastic experience and are excited to move in!
Yesena Cabrera is exactly who you need to speak to when trying to get a transparent view on the apartments, she honestly needs a raise because I wasn’t even able to tour but yet she sold me and I will most definitely be applying there. She’s very welcome and nice and she gave me a breakdown on how easy the process is and how nice and affordable they are including sister complex’s. If you have not signed a lease with southside villas, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Ive been here for 2 years. The property managers/front desk attendants will make your time here unbearable. Getting in contact with someone practically takes an act of congress and once you do reach someone, they have a horrible attitude including the manager.
