Head up the butt – I was referred to DUC by my urologist, who doesn't seem to be able to do kidney stone surgery. I arrived for a 3 pm appointment only to be seen at 6:15 pm. I got no apology or partial refund even though the clinic had overscheduled patients and caused me to be an hour late for work. No one even knew why I was there, although my referring doctor sent my records a week in advance.
