First visit. Front desk staff were nice and friendly and helpful. NP was friendly, competent and used easily understood language. Good start
Friendly staff. Clean well staffed. Alexa is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and addresses them in a way that is easy to understand.
Doctor Carbone was a Great Doctor. He fixed my problem. An everything is working Great. Thank You.
Doctor is really good and so are the nurses. They give you a very through exam.
I wish I could give zero stars. The nurse practitioner had absolutely no bedside manner and showed no compassion for the anxiety I was experiencing about the procedure. I felt dismissed rather than supported, and the lack of empathy made an already stressful situation much worse. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who is nervous or anxious about undergoing a procedure. Save yourself and go to Roanoke.
