Steve the owner is ignorant as he wont return calls with regards to pre delivery issues of truck not meeting ADR rules. Loren Schroff the General Manager is a rude ,aggressive and abusive person as he is not a man of his word and should not be in the trucking industry as he knows nothing about trucks.
