My husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FACILITY, they were caring while we got clean and sober!!! Hallelujah WE ARE!!!! Our individual counselors Ivana and Kathy are so helpful and supportive!!! I came to guest dose at 12:30 and was told I was too late to dose despite them closing at 1:30. Then was told, because I missed the first day, I'd have to put in a new order. But because it was the weekend, none of those kind of staff are in at my original treatment center. So I couldn't dose for 3 days. Then when I get back and my TC is trying to verify, they refuse to answer the phone after 5 calls, prolonging my dosing even further. Idk what yall got going on in here,but yall gotta tighten up.
