Sandy the administration lady was wonderful and very helpful. The service team in general were great. I would like to see a couple of milk selections for those who have an intolerance to dairy. Tracy the lady upstairs that deals with quotes and so forth for the ceramic protection however is rude, not approachable and seems miserable. She can’t even smile, even watching her with other clients. She really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Service advisor was extremely professional and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly and in detail.
Happy lady who came out to book car 🚗 in very polite explained what was going to be done to the car very happy with the service and customer service
When the service was delayed I was offered a complimentary vehicle which was very helpful.
