Car was in and out on the timing that was promised. Sandy was fantastic looking after my service.
Really disappointed with the service department. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I dropped my car off at 7am for a booked service and came back around 4pm to pick it up. They then simply told me they had actually forgotten to service my car. Seriously, how do you forget a car that has been booked in for the whole day? Very poor customer service and hard to communicate with for the Service Team! I’d like to book a car service yesterday and it was my second time to book the same service. If last time in early Sep I booked successfully I only pay $250 as Toyota official massage told me cap value service expire date is 23 Sep. Admin or booking staff told me I need a series number on my car to book service when first time I called.
