Absolutely pathetic service. Your management here should be replaced I'll never get my car served here again. Bec was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and had the whole ignorant "its not my problem" attitude and even had the audacity to gaslight me and blame me for the stuff up and accused me of being rude after I said it was unacceptable to have been told one thing and be stuffed around and be spoken to like a fool.
Great Service, friendly staff especially Liz in the service department. First time using S/Side Toyota and will be returning/recommending them moving forward.
Staff were helpful and professional. Waiting lounge is quiet and comfortable. Service completed on time. A wheel alignment was suggested and was very reasonable. A very pleasant experience which I recommend.
