Exceptional service. We had an unexpected flat. Collin was able to order our tire and get us back on the road within a reasonable amount of time. Collin and staff were friendly and accommodating
I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the support and service I received from these guys. I was broke down with a flat on one of my tires on I-90 with my class C rv. No service available for hours from several places I talked to and one that said they couldn’t tow it at all. He talked me through it that I could drive it, just slowly and carefully. RUDE!! OVERPRICED!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! These guys are liars .. unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to their customers. charged 101$ just to change the tire. I had my own tire in spare rack. After I asked the guy with glasses on how it’s come to $101. He told me that your tire in the spare mount & you have to bring it on the rim by yourself 🤦♂️. They charged me extra because they had to remove the tire from the rim and then have to put the spare tire on the rim . I think they recently came from another planet or somethi... read more
Paul absolutely saved the day for my wife and I as we were passing thru the area and shredded a boat trailer tire on the interstate. We happened upon Southside tire just a few minutes before closing time and Paul graciously offered to replace the tire AND repair the bent rim after closing. Thank you Paul for your outstanding service and getting us back on the road for our Northern Minnesota fishing trip.
