I asked the guy to investigate a grinding/crunching noise. I’m not a mechanic, but I told him to look at the wheel bearing. So he replaced the wheel bearing (probably did not need replacing) without trying to investigate the problem at all. The noise continued. The van shifted back and forth. Now I’m fixing the problem myself. The rear stabilizer bar was rusted all the way through. If he did what I asked, he could’ve found the problem in 30 seconds. Brought tires from log splitter to have tubes put in them. After 3 days, they didn't call me so I called them back to check on them. They forgot about me! They completed the work the next day. Thank goodness I wasn't in a hurry. They did do a good job though!
