Used the Case skid skeeter for 45 minutes and it overheated. had no power to it until it cooled down. called them to let them know and was told about possibly getting a refund. until i went there and they said that was never said. will not recommend this place at all.

Thanks for helping make our dream of a July outdoor wedding on the IU campus at the Rose Well House come true. Excellent customer service and everyone we interacted with along the way was helpful and professional. Our white folding chairs were delivered and set up perfectly prior to the scheduled time. Thanks again for making it easy and worry free so that we as the bride and groom doing our own wedding planning could relax and enjoy our special day!

The staff was so kind and courteous. The U-Haul server crashed midway through my transaction and the Man I was working with stayed calm and collected and knew just what to do and who to call to get it fixed. From there I got to drive a very new 9” ford van that had all the perks of a modern car including remote locks. They even offered moral support and a laugh when I arrived back with a heavily damaged IPhone 8 Plus that fell from my pocket while I was shutting the door of the van earlier in the day.
