Customer for life. I bought a pool cleaner through Aqua Technics (Aquatic Leisure Technologies) for a new build. Power unit cycle button malfunctioned 2 months from new. Took the plunge (no pun intended) and bought a Zodiac Fr1000 IQ from Jarrad. Main reason was his genuine sales IQ and his knowledge of the product. My pool has been a bit of a pain for various reasons (neighbours palm trees etc) so the maintenance has been a problem. The Zodiac is very good and worth the spend. I popped back 2 weeks later for a 180 cartridge filter and the quality was spot on. Weight of the filter was 2.8kg and the one I took out was 8kg. When I put it in it was 4.5kg.
