I originally had some liposuction done to do some fat transfer by a cosmetic Dr Tony Prochazka and got botched at the donor sites. In the end I didn't recognise my legs they were atrocious, I was traumatised for 3 years. I saw a plastic surgeon Dr Robert Knight to see if he could perform a thigh lift but he didn't want to do it, maybe the surgery was too complex for him. Numerous times I've sent legit enquiries through their website where you can send a message and you will receive an automated response through email, "Your enquiry has been received and you will receive a response within 24 hours." Well don't hold your breath as staff Belinda and Madi never respond. Why do you have on your website a place where you can send a message with your details name, phone no and email address and your message, when reception, office, do not reply back to you at all. From having cancer cut out of my face by Adrian to the ladies on reception, Belinda, the procedure nurse, Jan, and last but not least, the ‘face’ lady, Rhi, all professional, friendly, lovely to talk to and so reassuring on the 100’s of questions I had, before and after and still ask….. thank you! Thank you for all that you do! Every time I come in, I feel like I’m visiting a soul-friend. And my healing is coming along in leaps and bounds!! You guys are legends!!
