Honest, reliable, friendly and supportive from the first emailed question I had to payment after the apt.... SO excited to have found our forever vet . He explained in detail all his answers to our questions including describing what to look for that would be a concern.
amazing veterinary clinic!! i had doubts searching through clinics in kelowna searching for a place to spay our cat eevee, but when i spoke to the team at southside pet hospital, i immediately felt at ease! they handled her with so much care and even sent me photos of her after the spay. they were super gentle with her and the stitches are extremely well done and clean. the meds they gave me for her afterwards were all labelled amazingly which i really appreciated. FIVE STARS!
Dr Charlie is the most caring and compassionate vet I have ever encountered as we navigated the golden years of our beloved Maui. Thank you to your entire team for going the extra mile for our Maui.
Dr. Charlie was amazing with my cats. I’ve honestly never seen them so calm and relaxed at a vet visit before. It almost felt like he had some kind of magic with animals — they were peaceful, cooperative, and even seemed happy. You can immediately see how gentle and experienced he is with pets. I’m very grateful for the care he gave them and would absolutely recommend Dr. Charlie and this animal hospital.
