Absolutely rude on the phone mocking me for explaining something they allegedly don’t need me to explain to them because they are apparently a know it all lol. Glad I changed vets years ago. Now I remember why.
Now over my anger and outrage I am able to write this review. A veterinarian office is suppose to obey a code of ethics, some do not. My 10 1/2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback sadly needed to be put to rest. She could not walk, she slept all day and was not eating. I called Southside and informed them that I really needed to have her put to rest. The long term receptionist informed me that the vet was fully booked and I had to wait 2 weeks.
