I’m sorry but I give them one start because They never answer the phone calls or nothing supposed they were going to call me for my lab works, but they never called me. I have to went to the pediatric office to get my results. as well the change your appointments schedule when is your appointment once you get in the office they say sorry but we had to change your appointment for another day and they never call you for that.
This office is horrible! All my kids used to go here and somehow my youngest child has no record at all at this location never entered her shot records now she has to get shots all over again !!!! The worst !!! If I could give no stars I would!
The pediatrician is very sweet and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I will be changing pediatricians due to office staff.
