I have had nothing but a run around from their billing department. I was given a refund for a service that failed for work done at the Iron Bridge RD location. I begged them to give me the refund in full and not reverse any charge card that had paid. I have closed out accounts and have changed employers so I can't find what credit card they were referring to that received the credit. I asked them for the credit card number and all they would give me was the last four numbers to the card and then expiration date. That's all t... read more

As I was looking for directions to Southside Oral and Facial Surgery in Chester, I stumbled upon the negative reviews written by several people. My experience was nothing like the ones submitted. I was given an appointment within one day on an emergent basis because I had become symptomatic. My appointment was 3:00 pm with a check in at 2:45 pm. I was put in the exam room at 3:00 pm. Appointment was at 10: and it is now 10:45 and not a word from anyone. Secretary is incredibly rude. Not coming back and wouldn't recommend this office. Sorry I have to be here at all

Can't say anything about the services here as I never got to see a doctor. Had a 9:15 appointment (for a consultation only), was taken into an exam room at 10:30, at 11:15 got tired of waiting and left. Nobody bothered to apologize or keep me informed, just left me sitting there. If you have to go here, take a book. I guess these folks don't understand that we have lives too...

This dentist is sick. I honestly think he enjoys inflicting pain. You can scream all you won't, he offers no sympathy. There was one nurse who was compassionate but the others spoke to me very harshly, ignored me and treating me like a lower class citizen. The dentist yanked at my tooth an ended up not even pulling it. Then wouldn't even give me pain medicine. I felt as though he was treating me like some sort of addict. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was referred to there Petersburg location after I was asked what type of insurance I had. When that was the first thing I said to her when she answered the phone. And was questioned several times like I didn't know what type of insurance I have.
