Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was referred to there Petersburg location after I was asked what type of insurance I had. When that was the first thing I said to her when she answered the phone. And was questioned several times like I didn't know what type of insurance I have.

I visited southside to have four wisdom teeth removed. I was incredibly anxious for the procedure but the doctor was fantastic. Making my surgery and follow up appointments was easy and flexible, the staff was friendly, and my procedure was done well with little pain. I highly recommend southside oral and facial surgery.

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
