I dropped a Versa Note off at the service department on behalf of my Dad. Was in for a tire replacement and an oil change. Asked for quotes for a few ongoing issues (a rattly muffler, the AC's blower fan not working, and a clattering noise from under the hood while accelerating, and some cracked control arm bushings.) Went on a stat holiday to window shop and was not expecting them to be open and certainly was not planning on actually buying a car for that matter as I was still shopping around. The salesman Milan that helped me was terrific and super pleasant. JP the manager was amazing as well, both super knowledgeable and easy to talk to with no pressure tactics.
