Worst customer service. Oscar Gomez is the most unprofessional and laziest salesperson we had to deal with. He lacks the knowledge of what customer service is. Never following up with emails or phone calls. Broken promises. The day we picked up our vehicle he was walking around the showroom fork in hand, eating an instant meal out of a foil pouch.
