I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding patient care at Southside Medical Center Dental on Cleveland Ave. Scheduling multiple family members on the same day is challenging, but Brittany made it happen seamlessly. Had to share my experience at this location, I initially came when the urgent care was open I came in for a visit and saw that they’re all new faces, as a young lady came in and greeted everyone I recognized her as the receptionist that had checked me in when I came in almost three years ago. It was really nice to see a familiar face . I will continue to use this facility for my medical needs. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I had to shout out Miss Sue.
I came in on Thursday with two of my autistic patients for their dental appointment. They were very nervous about their appointment and i was flustered because I didn't have all their information. Brittany at the front desk took the time to give me and my patients sweet reassurance while helping me also find their insurance information while dealing with other patients coming in for their appointments. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Cleveland Ave location. The receptionists, Rhonda and Amirah, were both extremely rude and had nasty attitudes during my experience. The office scheduled me for an appointment, and I showed up as scheduled, only to be told that I did not have an appointment. I was extremely frustrated because I made the trip there based on an appointment that their office scheduled for me.
