I love working out here. We are all like a big family. The whole crew is excellent, especially the coach.
If I miss a class at Southside Knockout, I don’t just miss the workout; I miss the camaraderie and the people. It’s the perfect mix of fun and hard work. The ownership is fantastic, and the trainers are AMAZING. It’s more than a workout. It’s a community that keeps you coming back.
I joined at end of January. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure if I would be successful. The coaches had faith in me and provided me with a guide to help with nutrition. Well, I did a 6 week program and lost 14lbs, 6% body fat! The program works! Just be dedicated!
I’ve been a member for about 10 months now and couldn’t been happier. The coaches truly care and push you to improve. They’re very knowledgeable and the workouts are always challenging and fun. The SKT fit fam is simply amazing, great people to workout with. It’s a great place for all fitness levels. Highly recommend!!!!
