This gym is AMAZING!!! Once you walk in the building you become part of the most positive energy you can find. Everyone comes together to ensure the best results. The workouts are just part of what you get when you come here. Positive vibes, motivation, an easy to use meal plan (worth the money alone!) and online support are all top notch. If you are looking for a new start on your health or to just get back in the game.. SKT will not disappoint!
I wanted to kick start my summer off with a fitness challenge. After doing some research, I discovered that Southside Knockout Training Orland Park was sponsoring a 6 week challenge. I singed up on-line and met with Ryan (owner) and his amazing staff. Ryan and his team welcomed me with open arms and gave me the confidence and motivation to reach my goals.
SKT isn’t just a gym — it’s the kind of place that makes you actually want to show up and work out (even for Unbreakable).
