I dropped off my car at the service while it was fully running. When they returned it to me, they said the service was complete. However, when I got in the car, it wouldn’t start. I immediately informed the staff, and they had the nerve to offer me a price to fix this issue. I gave them a working car, and they handed it back to me in a non-working condition. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Been almost a year since my vehicle was in there for service........ Took em almost a month to figure out a problem that they kept blaming me for when it was faulty connectors to start with. ......DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE..... THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEN OVERCHARGE YOU FOR MINIMAL WORK
Belle Behymer is an absolute Rockstar of a service advisor, and I highly suggest anyone needing repairs done to ask for her as your advisor. We had brought in our 2019 Kia Sportage to diagnose an oil consumption problem. We have an extended warranty that should cover the issue, but that turned out to not be the case. This visit was my first time taking my vehicle to Southside Kia because my vehicle is having transmission issues, all-wheel-drive malfunction light came on in the manual indicated take the vehicle directly to the dealer. I did so. When I got there, I was instructed to leave the car Overnight and they would have their technicians look at the vehicle.
