AWESOME SERVICE! I can't rave enough about this place and the family that runs it. They are all super polite, professional, and treat you like family. The jet ski rentals were well maintained and ran great, and we had the best time during our Florida stay. Definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed!! Thanks, Shawn!! Owner was rude and disrespectful. Absolutely NO sense of humor and condescending. He was a "tough guy" and thought he was superior to everyone. Although informative, he spat out the information too quickly to comprehend; he clearly didn't truly care about his customers. Also - no dolphins. He told us that in all of his 15 years of jet skiing, there has never been a time where he did not see dolphins. Don't deserve one star even. The girl on the phone was and I'm sure still is disrespectful, rude, and condescending. When asked to speak to a manager because of how discussed I was and thought as a business owner myself id like to know if someone was running my business poorly, not the case he didn't care. The manager who was the owner didn't care about the rudeness and told me to F off he has business to take care of. We ended up driving out of our way to Short Money Jet Ski way worth the trip. From the point we parked our car he was giving us the low look (I guess because we are diffrent color) we were asking about the price and the requirements for renting the jet skies and he was already showing us the way out (kicking us out) totally has no friendly experience dealing with customers of different races!.
We rented the biggest boat that they have. They were super accommodating and even offered their own coolers if we didn't have enough. We actually forgot about the tide going out and got the boat stuck out on an island. Sean had a friend of his come out and pick up my nephew (chemo patient) out of the goodness of his heart. I will always rent from them. No hidden fees or fuel charges. You know what you get before you leave for the day. Had a great time in spite of our forgetfulness.
THEY ARE NOT ALL THEY ARE CRACKED UP TO BE AND WILL NEVER GET A DIME OF MY MONEY
