Worst ever! They never answer the phone for me or for my new Insurance company. I canceled the policy and requested a refund for my payment for the balance of the month. They could not even send an email to verify the cancellation or refund amount. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Horrible to deal with! I had to deal with them because the other person at fault had them. The lady told me the first day we talked as far as lost wages to send her my dr notes. Well then now she tells me im only getting a very small amount WITH a drs note! And she has said many times well its not much damage to your car so you should be fine last time I checked she is neither God or a doctor my dr wanted me out of work for the reason to not hurt myself even more. Oh and I still need the medical she cut that off on friday.
