Customer service is horrible. You can even tell my the reviews on here along with the generic reply that they don’t have the training or care for customers. Auto Guru is the way to go for me now with proper customer service and care for their customers. Don’t bother replying with your copy and paste reply Honda. It’s embarrassing for you
Since purchasing my new 2024 Honda CR-V my experience has been defined buy misdiagnosis, negligence, fails to complete service and exceptionaly poor customer service. I made an appointment over the phone, explaining that I had just had my engine serviced and replaced last week (April 8, 2025) and that I had an invoice. I discovered an oil leak within a week and immediately contacted customer service to schedule an appointment as soon as I was available. Possibly the worst before and after sales service from a motor vehicle dealer I have experienced. Our business purchased a CRV Hybrid with multiple defects in the delivery stage that were eventually addressed by Honda. Our frustration to write a google review has eventuated from servicing at Southside Honda in Mount Gravatt.
