I love my new Honda HR-V Thank you so very much Aiden for your exceptional service from the time we stepped into the showroom till I drove my new car away. Aiden was very helpful with going through the workings of the car and made the whole process of buying a new car enjoyable. The hardest part was choosing which colour but I did and I got the platinum white.
Waste of time. Tried 4 times to call over 4 days and no one answers. Told to leave a message which I did and no one rings back. I’ve had my car serviced there before and was pleased but no more.
Caution: You need to personally check what maintenance is actually due on your vehicle or you will be paying for maintenance that is not required. Maintenance is due on both KM and Months but Southside Honda appears to routinely assume KM based on the age of the vehicle, regardless of being informed of actual KM when booking. For low KM vehicles, this results in the service consultant telling you that maintenance is due when it is not.
