As a former worker of this place I got it due to something happened in my previous job and then covid happened everything went downhill but I'll tell you one thing though I think the supervisor there has horrible jealousy and he takes it out on all the employees as for the maintenance man that works there unfortunately for him he has to deal with it and I can't believe he's been knowing me since middle school that you would think this is a nice place to but that's the old saying goes"if it sounds too good to be true it is" b... read more
The head director is disrespectful play favorites and only apply the rules to the ones who don't suck up to her , along with the two shift managers who hire they family members and allow them to come to work late and drop residents on the ground refusing to help other workers, they expect you to be talked to like a child, its just not happening. best of wishes to the rest.
Amazing community! Had to make the hard decision to move my father-in-law into independent living and he’s now thriving! The staff at Southside Gardens is INCREDIBLE! Jeri took us for a tour on a Saturday and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. She really made us feel welcome and took excellent care of us. She made the decision easy for us to move him in! The other staff from kitchen, maintenance, front desk, and management truly care about the residents that live on the property. Thank you so much!
