I called the store to ask for a rep to come out and seat the sideboard that attaches to the headboard and was not so politely told that there was no way they would send someone to re-fix their shoddy workmanship. I was willing to pay for this service as I am a 72 yr old disabled vet who can't fix this myself. I purchased a recliner double one about 3 maybe 4 months ago, it's coming apart at the back of one section, u can see the staples,,
Failed to address the broken chair I bought, but very anxious to sell it to me, it was hardly used. And the leg broke, He was very cold in his response
I had purchased a SERTA MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS 01-04-2020 , it was a display model . It now is caving in on the top after 8 months , I was told no warranty due it being a display unit . Contacted SERTA was told it's the option of the retailer for warranty . I could understand if it the fabric was coming apart , but not that the foam is breaking down . Poor business practice . I will never spend anther penny with SOUTSIDE FURNITURE , THEIR LOSS
They sent me out furniture that looks as if it had been used or rejected, that was also fill with black dust inside the drawers. The owners took my money and treated me like I was one of their enemies! Then the salesman Heath had the audacity to explain to me: that the furniture road on a ship from another country, then set in the Warehouse for a period Of time, that's where the dust came from.
