My family has been going to Southside Family for over a decade and we would not go anywhere else. Dr. Horn is an incredibly compassionate doctor and shows genuine care and concern for his patients. He has always taken the time to listen and communicate with me and my family about our health, including quickly returning our calls when we have had questions after an appointment. When I called to schedule an appointment the lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. They have horrible customer service and clearly forget who their customers are. Decent doctors horrible service up front ruins it. Beware
I personally wouldn't go anywhere else for My health needs, the Physicians and Staff are by far the nicest people in the medical field in this area.
