My family and I have been with Southside Family Practice, specifically with Dr. Horn, for over 20 years and have ALWAYS received outstanding care! The staff is caring and attentive and Dr. Horn takes time to listen and address our needs. His primary focus is always what is best for us medically not what is best for the insurance company and he has fought for us more than once to ensure that we receive the best care possible.
lazy staff!!!!!!!!!! i live in Harrington and they are located in dover. i called there office to mail or fax me a new patient packet! front desk was rude so i asked to speak to manager and she was just as rude!!!!! well guess what the manager lady said?? ( which when i asked her name because im reporting them to BBB she hung up on me ) she said we dont do that we are short staffed! you have to come pick it up in office!!!! i said are you kidding me????? like what!!? lol they do not accomadate and im glad i know now because... read more
