Got my bmw 750i serviced, was in and out and let me say Awesome service, professional customer service, highly trained technician and fair prices… what is there not to love! Edited 08/26/2025 Car had a major coolant leak and guess what? Southside euros immediately showed me compassion and squeezed my car in to get it fixed. Not only did they help me out, but they don’t scam you by charging you an arm and leg. The best mechanic in Jacksonville and I will be a life long customer. Thank you guys ❤️
Brought my S5 in for an issue I was having and the team at Southside Euro sorted it out in a professional and timely manner. I was able to drop off and then pick up was a breeze. We came from out of state, so the team was patient with us and took care of all our needs. Will be returning to Southside Euro in the future if anything else should arise. Would recommend to anyone. The process of booking an appointment for service is extremely easy. Many other places needed me to bring in my car first and would charge me a diagnostic fee, but Southside Euro was different. They asked what I needed and gave me a quote for what I was requesting. There was no trying to sell me other services and an inspection was done to ensure I actually needed that fix. Great experience! Took my BMW in for upgrade Stage 3 clutch kit I bought from SPEC, had wrong kit sent but was able to get correct one and these guys knocked it out in 2 days! I still have to re-tune for all my upgrades but no issues with new clutch. I’d recommend Southside Euro! Will be back for future mod installs.
Was extremely pleased with the service and expertise the crew at Southside Euro practice to assure their clients. This allows them to feel at ease that their vehicle is in great and professional hands. The work on my A6 was performed quickly and they kept me aware of what was needed at all times to make sure I was aware of all that was needed to get it running correctly.
