Was very nervous for the first time, but everyone who works here, receptionist, admission nurse, pre-admission nurse, anesthesiologist, doctors and people in post-recovery are there to calm, assure you and made the entire experience a breeze. Wonderful people! Highly recommend!
Very happy with the service from Southside Endoscopy. Everyone was polite and friendly from the initial contact through to the discharge, the facilities were spotlessly clean, the recovery meal was enjoyable and lots of local parking made it easy to get to. Most importantly the lovely staff made sure I was fully informed about the surgery, which was quick, painless and results were given immediately. Excellent service by all staff/ nurses/ doctors. They Explain everything that will happen so well that it makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended
From booking the appointment, having the appointment with the nurse through to the procedure itself, Southside Endoscopy is professional, friendly and provides a great level of service and expertise. All of the staff are exceptional and I felt well taken care of and in expert hands.
Apart of the prap medication before the procude... the procedure itself is easy! The nurces and Dr. Mirrors are fabulous! Thank you to you all!
