It's a rare occasion when every person you meet at a place is genuinely happy to see you. That was so true when I had a procedure at the Southside Endoscopy Centre this week. And as gastroenterologists go, I have great respect for and faith in Dr Safa. He is so patient and caring. I was also surprised to see the staff recognise my Hidden Disability 'Sunflower' lanyard, and I was asked if I needed extra assistance. On top of all that, the facilities at the clinic are excellent.

Been here a few times over the last several years and have not met a better team. From booking to discharge and every single person in between, they are professional and kind and make this process as easy as it can be everytime. I highly recommend them and are very thankful for their exceptional standard of patient care.

Absolutely amazing experience all round. I’ve never had any sort of procedure like this so I was very very nervous but the nurses and the doctors made me feel so looked after and calm and explained the whole process to me. The nurses were so gentle and supportive and I cannot recommend this place enough ! I saw Dr Hadi Moattar who made me feel so understood, listened to and validated - amazing doctor, thank you so much. Thank you so much to the Southside endoscopy team ! You’re amazing 🥹
