This company sucks! Always has excuses on frequent power outages.
Worst customer service ever. During a power outage due to ice they don’t answer the phone to answer your questions unless you call 15 times or more. Then don’t have a clue as to when you will be restored but I guess sitting around freezing is the answer. The outage map online is inaccurate as the helmet showed up working on our street been up and down the street not a single truck on the street.
Company is awful. Never buy or build a home in their service area unless you like the dark.
